Shipping Policy

Royal Focus UAE is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across the UAE and select GCC countries. Please review our complete shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to:

United Arab Emirates (All Emirates)

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

Countries

International shipping is also available to:

  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Saudi Arabia

Note:
International shipping fees and timelines vary based on destination, courier availability, and customs regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Customized PC builds may require additional assembly and testing time.

3. Delivery Time

Within UAE

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
  • Remote areas: an additional 1–2 working days

To Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days
  • Possible delays due to:
    • Customs clearance
    • International courier schedules
    • Local regulations

Royal Focus UAE is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates depend on:
    • Destination country
    • Order weight/size
    • Courier service selected
  • All applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
  • International shipments may include customs, duty, or handling charges payable by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive:

  • SMS or email with the tracking number
  • A link to track the shipment in real time through our courier partner’s portal

Tracking updates may take longer for international shipments due to customs handling.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will attempt delivery 1–2 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the shipment may be held at the nearest office or returned to us.
  • Re-delivery or return shipping charges may apply.

Customers must provide accurate address details and an active phone number.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Report any issues within 24 hours with clear photos or videos, including:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

International customers must report customs-related damage immediately upon receiving the parcel.

All defective/DOA items will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy and RMA process.

8. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspection
  • Courier issues
  • Holidays in UAE or destination country
  • Unforeseen logistics disruptions
