• You agree to abide by all policies listed on our website, including the Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However:

• Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates
• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice
• Customized PC builds are tailored based on customer requirements and are non-returnable, as detailed in our Return Policy

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed.
• We accept the online payment methods displayed on our checkout page.
• Royal Focus UAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to:
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

Warranty

• All products include a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
• Royal Focus UAE handles warranty claims during the first year on behalf of the customer.
• Extended warranty claims (beyond year 1) may require contacting the manufacturer’s service center directly.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Product seal must be intact
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
• Opened or used products are non-returnable, except for verified defective items
• A 25 AED return processing fee applies unless:
  • The product is defective/DOA
  • The customer returns the item directly to our retail store

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized PCs
• Opened hardware components (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.)
• Laptops with opened manufacturer seals

5. Limitation of Liability

Royal Focus UAE is not liable for:

• Misuse of products
• Loss of data, productivity, or revenue
• Damages resulting from improper installation, overclocking, electrical surges, or software issues
• Interruptions or errors in website usage

Our maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or accounts
