The EKWB EK-Quantum Velocity³ 1700/1851/AM5 – Plexi is a premium CPU water block engineered for high-performance custom liquid-cooling systems. Designed for AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700/1851 platforms, it combines an advanced cooling engine with premium materials, flexible mounting, and a visually striking transparent design.

Building on EK’s established Velocity platform, the Velocity³ features optimized internal geometry and precise mounting pressure to maximize heat transfer. It delivers up to 2°C improved thermal performance compared with the previous Velocity² generation, making it well suited to demanding gaming, workstation, and enthusiast systems.

Advanced Cooling Engine

The Velocity³ incorporates a next-generation cooling engine specifically optimized for modern AMD and Intel CPU platforms. Its refined internal geometry is designed to efficiently transfer heat from the processor into the liquid-cooling loop.

Carefully controlled mounting pressure further improves the thermal interface, helping the water block deliver consistent cooling performance under demanding workloads.

Easy Platform Compatibility

The water block includes newly engineered mounting brackets designed for convenient clip-on and clip-off installation.

Both AMD and Intel mounting brackets are included, allowing the same water block to be used across compatible AM5 and LGA 1700/1851 systems without requiring additional mounting accessories.

Premium Nickel-Plated Copper Cold Plate

A nickel-plated copper cold plate provides the primary thermal interface between the CPU and the cooling loop. Copper offers excellent thermal conductivity, while the nickel plating adds a durable premium finish.

The cold plate is engineered to work with the Velocity³ cooling engine for efficient heat transfer from the CPU.

Crystal-Clear Plexi Top

The Plexi version features a CNC-machined transparent acrylic top, providing a clear view of the coolant pathway and internal design.

The transparent construction makes the Velocity³ a natural centerpiece for RGB-enabled and showcase custom water-cooling systems while allowing the coolant flow to remain visible.

EK-Matrix7 Compliant
