Product Overview

The EKWB EK-Quantum Torque Micro Rotary 90° – Satin Titanium is a compact 90-degree rotary adapter designed for custom PC liquid-cooling systems where space is limited. With an overall installed height of just 21mm, it provides a practical way to create a 90° turn while taking up significantly less space than a standard rotary angled fitting.

Its compact construction makes it particularly useful in areas where conventional fittings or tubing bends would be difficult or impossible to install. The fully rotatable joint also provides flexible positioning after installation, making it easier to route tubing and position connected components.

Ultra-Compact 90° Design

The Torque Micro Rotary is engineered specifically for tight spaces. At just 21mm installed height, it is approximately 10mm lower than the standard EK-Quantum Torque 90° Rotary angled fitting.

This reduced footprint allows components and tubing to be positioned closer together while maintaining a clean and practical liquid-cooling layout.

Fully Rotatable Joint

The fitting features a male G1/4″ thread for installation into the desired port and a fully rotatable female G1/4″ port on the opposite side.

Once secured, the fitting body can rotate in either direction, allowing the female port to be positioned in any perpendicular direction. This makes it easier to achieve precise tubing alignment without adding unnecessary adapters.

CNC-Machined Brass Construction

Manufactured from a solid brass bar using CNC machining, the fitting delivers precise threads and a robust construction suitable for custom liquid-cooling loops.

The premium Satin Titanium finish provides a refined metallic appearance that pairs well with other EK-Quantum Torque components.

Reliable O-Ring Sealing

The two parts of the fitting are permanently assembled and sealed using high-quality rubber O-rings. This construction provides a secure connection when correctly installed within a compatible liquid-cooling loop.

6mm Allen Key Installation

Due to the fitting’s extremely compact design, there is not enough space for conventional external knurling. Instead, the base extends through an opening on the top face, allowing the fitting to be secured using a 6mm Allen key.

EK recommends using the EK-Loop Multi Allen Key for installation. After securing the fitting, the body remains free to rotate for final positioning.

Precise Compact Dimensions

The female G1/4″ port has a 12.5mm centreline height above the mounting surface, helping maintain a compact connection between nearby components.

The base has a width and overall diameter of just 16.5mm, making the Micro Rotary particularly suitable for restricted installation areas.

Compatibility with EK-Quantum Torque Fittings

The EK-Quantum Torque Micro Rotary 90° is compatible with EK-Quantum Torque STC and HDC fittings, as well as Torque Micro HDP fittings, providing flexible options for tubing and hardline liquid-cooling configurations.

Clean Internal Finish

Satin Titanium EK-Quantum Torque fittings are intentionally not painted on the inside to help reduce the potential level of pollutants introduced into the liquid-cooling loop.
